Now in its third year, Clearview Trade Products has exceeded £3m in revenue and is on track to more than double that, as part of our ambitious growth plan.

We’re looking for a driven and results oriented Sales Manager to play a key role in accelerating our growth. Reporting directly to the board, this is a high-profile opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make a real impact.

Whilst you’ll take ownership of some existing accounts, this role is primarily ‘new business’ focused, which is perfect for a skilled negotiator who thrives on winning new customers and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North and Midlands.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Work closely with existing customers to understand their requirements and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Clearview Trade Products.
  • Negotiate and close deals in a manner that benefits both the company and the customer.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

What we are looking for:

If you are a driven individual with experience in a Sales Management or Business Development role, acquiring new business, maintaining key accounts and increasing revenue, then we would love to hear from you!

Key experience we are looking for:

  • Experience of selling windows, doors, roofs and associated products in a B2B setting could be an advantage, but we’re happy to train the right individual on how things operate in our sector.
  • Results-driven with a flexible mindset and a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Track record of successfully acquiring new business and increasing revenue
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

To be clear, we’re not looking for someone to arrive with a ‘black book’ of existing customers. We want an ambitious and talented individual who wants to build a real career with a growth focussed business, that values its customers and staff above all else.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in Purchase Ledger to join a fantastic finance team based in Wakefield.

Reporting to the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be primarily responsible purchase ledger tasks as well as supporting were needed in the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input overhead invoices
  • Manage accounts junior in matching PODs and processing invoices and day to day tasks
  • Plan and process weekly payment runs ensuring suppliers are paid on agreed dates
  • Liaise with suppliers re payments & disputes
  • Resolve disputed invoices where possible and escalate to Assistant Management Accountant where unable to resolve
  • Cover the processing of invoices as required for holidays etc
  • Month end supplier statement reconciliations
  • Adhere to monthly processing timetable to ensure team deadlines achieved
  • Nominal spend analysis – detailed for area managers
  • Regular meetings with Assistant Management Accountant regarding overspends / review of invoices
  • Identify process improvements and liaise with purchase ordering team
  • Year end tasks as required to support team and assist with audit queries

What we are looking for:

  • Purchase Ledger experience required
  • Sage 50 experience preferred or knowledge of other accounts software
  • Strong MS Office experience, ideally Excel
  • Analytical mind and keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

About the Role

As Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you’ll take ownership of all aspects of HSE across our Wakefield manufacturing site. This is a key leadership role, where you’ll be expected to influence at all levels and embed best practice on the ground.

You’ll work closely with managers and teams across the site to ensure compliance, while driving ongoing improvements in standards and behaviours. From audits and risk assessments to training and engagement, you’ll be the go-to person for safety

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all Health and Safety activity across site, working closely with managers to ensure a joined-up approach.
  • Translate business goals into practical and effective Health and Safety actions.
  • Build and maintain a strong safety-first culture across all departments.
  • Design and implement Health and Safety programmes that engage and support our people.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring policies are followed and continuously improved.
  • Be a visible presence on the shop floor – coaching, advising and ensuring day-to-day adherence to safety procedures.

What we are looking for:

This role would suit someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and people focused. You’ll be as comfortable building relationships and coaching colleagues.

  • NEBOSH qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to gain buy-in from staff.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for Health & Safety with integrity and energy.

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Production Operations to support the manufacturing of our windows and doors. If you are looking for a role where you can utilise your skills, knowledge and experience and focus on the manufacturing of a quality product, we would love to hear from you. Other duties include:

  • To provide excellent quality manufacturing of uPVC windows, doors and aluminium.
  • To focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full.
  • To make sure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures.
  • To follow and be responsible for the Health & Safety guidelines and regulations.
  • To assist your colleagues, team leaders and supervisors in resolving production queries when required.
  • To work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience of fabricating uPVC windows, doors or aluminium products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience of using appropriate tools for the measuring and building of products.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow work instructions.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve targets.
  • A strong team player who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time keeper and work attendance.
  • A willingness to undertake further training.
