About the Role

You will take ownership of growing our retail network and trade customer base across the south of England, building on strong existing relationships while opening doors in new territories and markets. About the Role
We are looking for an individual to join our team to accurately process orders and quotations with precision and accuracy, whilst maintaining an excellent processing speed.
- Accurately process orders and quotes from dealerships using the bespoke system, Window Designer, and Roofwright.
- Reprocess incorrect orders, including necessary parts such as glazing
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and departments
- Continuously develop product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Ensure orders are processed in line with customer expectations and delivery schedules
- Make informed decisions to meet customer needs, especially for urgent orders
- Maintain quality service standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Ensure adherence to internal processes for reporting and rectifying quality concerns
What we are looking for:
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to exceeding expectations
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to undertake further training and implement learning in daily tasks
- Previous experience in a sales order processing role, ideally in the fenestration, building, or roofing industry, would be advantageous

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Purchasing Manager to develop and drive supplier performance, cost, and effective delivery through improving supplier relationships.
You will work closely and manage the heads of different departments to ensure a well-stocked manufacturing operation across the manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures, order accuracy, and supplier delivery schedules
- Manage the Yard (goods in) department
- Set up new supplier products, maintaining accurate product codes, costs, and descriptions
- Check and confirm order prices, and investigate any discrepancies or delays in stock deliveries
- Negotiate and support Senior Managers in securing the best prices for orders
- Collaborate with suppliers, build strong relationships, and maintain accurate records in our in-house system
- Train and support the team to improve their skills and ensure the department’s KPIs are met
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager / Yard Manager in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Experience in managing staff
- Background in establishing a successful supplier base and ensuring a well-stocked manufacturing operation
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with current suppliers and to negotiate with them regarding prices
- The ability to identify and implement new ways of working to alleviate duplication, streamline systems and processes and achieve cost efficiencies
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and purchasing/supply online software

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will provide essential engineering support to our production operation, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding quickly to equipment breakdowns. You will help keep our manufacturing machinery operating safely and efficiently, complete small plant installations and modifications, and support continuous improvement activities to reduce downtime and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing equipment
- Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns and complete effective fault finding
- Install and modify plant and equipment where required
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce downtime
- Record maintenance activities accurately
- Work safely and follow all Health and Safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3 or a recognised engineering apprenticeship

About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse operative to join our team, moving windows and doors into their designated space, preparing them for delivery, and loading vehicles for the next day’s deliveries.
Other responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate good attention to detail when picking products, ensuring the correct products are picked, and delivery notes are checked and completed in full
- Ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe, correct and acceptable manner, ensuring all deliveries arrive in a manner which meets our customers’ expectations
- To support team leaders and supervisors to assist with resolving production issues as and when required
- Adhere to the correct manual handling procedures and techniques

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to support the day-to-day running of our Yard and Stores operations.
This is a hands-on role working in a busy yard environment where you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving stock safely, and ensuring goods are stored correctly to support production requirements.
You’ll play an important role in keeping materials moving across departments, maintaining accurate stock control, and ensuring the yard remains clean, organised, and safe at all times. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, follows processes carefully, and works well as part of a team.
The position involves working outdoors, handling materials, and supporting daily stock movement activities to ensure production deadlines are met.
Other responsibilities include:
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Move goods around the yard and storage areas using forklifts, pallet trucks, and lifting equipment
- Store materials in the correct locations and maintain organised storage bays
- Follow stock control procedures to ensure materials are booked in and issued accurately
- Carry out daily equipment and safety checks
- Support monthly stock checks and maintain accurate records
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across Yard and Stores areas
- Work in line with production schedules to ensure materials are available when required
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Report any safety issues, stock concerns, or delivery problems promptly
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and internal departments
- Support improvements to yard processes and help reduce waste where possible
