Conservatory Outlet, the leading fabricator of home improvement products, is excited to build on the success of its recent Operations Conference by hosting several more Network-wide events in the coming months.
The Conference, held for the first time in Warrington, brought members of the manufacturer’s Premium Retail Network together to discuss general challenges facing the entire sector, Building Regulations and various operational topics.
As part of the roundtable discussions, Conservatory Outlet welcomed expert guest speakers who presented innovative construction methods and other significant industry developments.
Central to the day’s activities were talks on training and development and enhanced environmental policies that would position the Network as one of the country’s most sustainable manufacturing, retail and installation partnerships.
Speaking about the Conference, Greg Kane, Conservatory Outlet’s CEO, noted: “Our unique business model enables us to host events like these.
“This year’s Operations Conference provide an invaluable platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration, ensuring that our entire Network benefits from shared expertise and collective problem-solving. The positive impact of these conferences extends across all our Premium Retailers, and it’s seen as a massive value-add by those who attend.”
Feedback from attendees has been overwhelmingly positive. Over 90% of Conservatory Outlet’s retail partners attended the one-day event.
Lewis Roden, Owner of Mitchell Glass, shared his thoughts: “Once again, Conservatory Outlet has demonstrated its unwavering support for its Retail Network.
“The guest speakers provided insightful perspectives, and the discussions covered everything from product design and health and safety to contract structures. Engaging with industry peers, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another is incredibly valuable. It allows us to adopt best practices and continuously improve.”
While plans for next year’s conferences are already in motion, the company’s immediate focus is on its upcoming Sales & Marketing Conference, set to take place at the Etihad Stadium.
Greg added: “With our annual Sales & Marketing Conference on the horizon, along with other events planned throughout the year, we remain committed to delivering added value for our Network members.
“Our goal is to equip them with the tools, insights, and support they need to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
“Conservatory Outlet is more than just a manufacturer or supplier – we are a true partner, dedicated to empowering our retailers with the resources they need to succeed.”
